The interview process was harmonious and moved quickly.

By asking my own questions, I learned a little about the industry.

There was no real need for the interview to take place on-site, so commuting there was a waste of time. I suggest conducting the interview by video instead.

It is a small company, but the two people present appeared unprofessional in terms of human resources. They neither formally introduced themselves nor seemed to have read my résumé beforehand, instead reading it on-site. Even more bizarrely, the interview required an autobiography in English, but it was not used at all.

The job description states “4. Fluency in spoken English,” but Mr. Li from HR(?) said during his introduction that there is more business locally and nearby. In addition, the starting salary is only 23K, with overtime work expected. I believe that even people with English expertise would only be wasting their talents by applying. I also suggest that if the salary is only going to be 23K, there is no need to list the compensation as “negotiable.”

In conclusion, this company’s job posting is written in a very appealing way, but after asking a few questions, I felt nothing but disgust and have absolutely no desire to work for this company.
