There is regular on-the-job training, which is pretty good.
1. During interviews, they ask questions unrelated to the job, such as about family background, whether you plan to have children, and your zodiac sign, which feels rather unprofessional.
2. After the interview, internal staff discuss candidates’ appearance and birth charts, and sometimes even tell fortunes on the spot, which makes people feel uncomfortable.
3. There is a lot of administrative work, such as daily reports, weekly reports, monthly KPIs, reading reflections, and so on. Failure to submit them results in a pay deduction, which is quite a waste of time.
4. The personnel regulations are very complicated, there are many rules for taking leave, and the benefits are somewhat lacking.
