After haggling over the price, they see something new and want to change it again, resulting in employees having to revise the design and price even after they have already negotiated with the vendor. They end up trying to save a small amount of money but spending much more.

They do not trust the employees' expertise and often make demands based on advice from who-knows-where, wasting time.

Sometimes the boss's personal life is not handled well and affects the employees, leaving them worried sick.

There is no overtime pay, but the time-off-in-lieu arrangement is at least somewhat acceptable. Since there is no overtime pay, employees all automatically leave work on time.

Overall, it is a stingy company.
