The boss and management seem to treat ordinary employees as disposable chopsticks, assuming they can always find replacements. Whether it is good or not is subjective; after all, the portfolio is still quite impressive. I recommend it to recent graduates or people with limited experience who want to hone their skills. However, I do not recommend it to those who need a healthy work-life balance.
