Pros
Since I didn't get hired by Ueda Technology, choose one to fill in.

Cons
The rules state that overtime is mandatory; not working overtime is considered grounds for being deemed unsuitable.
Employees are treated as all-purpose workers. The position applied for requires doing additional work, while the salary is only NT$1,000 higher than that of an operator.
