The boss lies habitually and has an inflated sense of self-importance. Their own interests far outweigh those of the employees. The company has no future to speak of—it is pure fantasy. They talk excessively and incessantly, regardless of whether others can stand it. Anyone who thinks they have high stress tolerance or doesn't want to live is welcome to try working at this company.
