Most customers and colleagues are quite easy to get along with, except that the compensation is poor and there are too many miscellaneous tasks.

You have to arrange and design materials for customers and make photocopies, communicate via LINE and email, go to the factory to pick up goods, and deal with performance pressure. Before leaving work, you have to count the number of photocopies and complete the settlement report. Sometimes you also have to ride a scooter to deliver goods to customers, because some customers say, “Your graphic designer used to deliver goods for you. Why don’t you do it now?” In the past, graphic designers would deliver goods to customers because they passed by on their way home, which led to this situation. As a result, you have to deliver goods because you cannot withstand the customers’ demands. About 90% of the customers are quite nice, so it is generally a good working environment. You have to use FTP to send files to partner manufacturers for printing finished products and notify them by phone. If the finished products or photocopies are incorrect, the graphic designer has to pay for the loss personally. Remember to confirm the details carefully with customers. Some files were not properly backed up by previous graphic designers; if you fail to confirm them, you also have to pay for the loss yourself～ If you are a newcomer who wants to try the design industry, you can apply, because it is fairly easy to get hired and you can learn some basic printing knowledge. At the branch on Nanmen Road, you also have to look after the cats and small dogs. In the past, the female owner did not pay attention, and one of them starved to death. An automatic feeder was purchased, and occasionally you have to go down to the basement to check whether the cats and small dogs are still alive. You have to change the basement dehumidifier once a week. Those are roughly all the miscellaneous tasks.
