Halfway through the interview, the manager suddenly left and told me to find another time next week to continue the interview.
I then spent time going there again for a detailed discussion, only to find out that he didn't have the final decision-making authority. So why did I waste my time going there twice?
The worst part was the female manager, who had an extremely condescending attitude. Please show job candidates some respect—after asking me to introduce myself, she didn't introduce herself at all.
That kind of attitude will scare away many candidates. What exactly is there to be so arrogant about?
All in all, I absolutely do not recommend this company. It was a very poor interview experience.
