Programming-related work here
1. Many small perks; there is a 15-minute grace period for arriving at work (arriving by 09:15 is not considered late)
2. Free drinks and fruit (or bread meal boxes) are sometimes provided each week
3. A consolation bonus is given if you do not win anything in the year-end party raffle
4. Travel subsidy bonuses are available
5. Depending on the supervisor, some departments can leave work on time
6. It still appears to be a medium-to-large company, although it is not publicly listed in Taiwan
7. The welfare committee provides sports subsidies (receipts or invoices are required)
8. The welfare committee organizes some health seminars that employees can attend

Programming-related work here
1. Taiwan is merely a colony of the U.S. headquarters
2. Much of the initial setup and heavy development work is assigned to the Taiwan team
3. Everything has to be developed in-house; it seems there is no IT procurement budget
4. Internal users are extremely difficult to deal with and wildly imaginative, while U.S. users are unrealistic and overambitious
5. The MRT near the company is still under construction, and traffic conditions are poor; it is best to leave early for work in the morning
6. For new hires in their first year, bonus calculations are strict: the amount is first divided by two, and then calculated proportionally!
7. The company name is very similar to AMD, so other people often ask about it, which is quite irritating
8. Much of it is merely a superficial facade; it looks very good on the surface... you will understand once you join
9. The total annual salary is equivalent to 14 months of pay
10. Any shares granted are also something you can see but not actually enjoy; there is first a lock-up period, and then they are distributed over several years... it is made very complicated, and HR has to explain a great deal
11. The company's stock price on Nasdaq fluctuates significantly, ranging from 15 to 25
12. Before leaving work, you have to clock out on the computer first and then swipe your access card at the entrance
13. Sometimes you have to travel to the Bade plant, and sometimes to the United States (this can also be considered a benefit)
