You can listen to music while working

The company is extremely small, with no sign at the entrance. The interviewer seemed to have a superiority complex and started by having me fill out a sheet full of psychological tests. Then they asked questions that had already been asked over the phone. During the interview, they did not mention the job duties or the nature of the company at all. It didn’t feel like an interview, but rather like playing mind games to analyze the interviewee. It was a complete waste of time!
