Until the end of 2017, salaries were paid twice a month: seven to eight tenths were paid first, and the remaining salary was paid in the second or third month. After being reported at the end of the year, the company finally began properly paying salaries in a single installment starting in January 2018. There was no overtime pay. All employees were required to clock out before working overtime; when the end of the workday arrived, a supervisor or someone else would naturally clock out for you, to prevent you from “forgetting” to clock out before working overtime.
