There are only these two advantages.

A certain department director only takes credit, does not respect professional expertise, and requires employees to work on holidays while taking the holidays off himself. He talks more nonsense than he accomplishes. The biggest selling point is the uneven distribution of work, and some assignments are also quite absurd—for example, asking software engineers to handle procurement.

The company has absolutely no regard for product quality. Its concept of cost reduction is extremely bizarre, and it often does things that supposedly save 50 but end up costing 100. The management (a certain Mr. Li) is even more bizarre, frequently asking employees to write progress reports and then not reading them at all. Some issues have gone unaddressed despite our repeatedly reporting them; only when customers come forward to complain will they face the problems.

Finally, the overtime hours here clearly exceed the legal limit. The statutory monthly overtime limit is 40 hours, but here it can easily exceed three times that amount. As for how the excess hours are counted, they come up with various pretexts, such as production bonuses. They do pay the money, and it is reasonably okay, but your time is no longer your own. Think carefully before joining.
