No advantages whatsoever
During the HR interview, they had not reviewed the résumé beforehand and raised many questions and challenges. They showed extreme disrespect toward the interviewee’s professional field, adding many unprofessional and personalized criticisms in a contemptuous manner. Their attitude was appalling.
They also required the applicant to submit two project proposals at home for review, effectively asking them to work for free during the interview process in order to earn a second-round interview. They brazenly stated that this is how the company operates, giving reasonable cause to suspect that they were attempting to exploit others’ creativity and labor. Their motives are questionable.
