This company is a family business.
As for its reputation in the industry, I won’t say much—just ask around a little and you’ll know.
The salary is low. They are always misleading employees by claiming there are bonuses, overtime pay, and that overtime pay will be paid together with the year-end bonus. When the end of the year comes, you can’t get the overtime pay details even if you ask accounting for them.
It’s a family business. The boss’s brother causes trouble every day, leaving every employee in the company struggling to protect themselves. Everyone has to be prepared to clean up the mess every day.
The management sets company rules, yet even the managers themselves take the lead in breaking them. They can also make rules that don’t make sense.
The boss likes people who obey, not people who are capable. What happens to capable people is another matter.
Absolutely terrible. If you leave the company on bad terms, you may even get sued. Be careful~
