Cons
1. Does not provide the 6% labor pension contribution (paid by employees)
2. Does not provide labor and health insurance (some people are not covered)
3. Overtime hours are calculated unclearly, with no breakdown (overtime is often required)
4. The number of leave days does not comply with the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day policy (usually 5–6 days off per month; usually cannot take weekends off)
