1. Small-company hassles? They have all of them (use your imagination).

2. The boss will approach you to discuss work matters after working hours, even if you have already said that you are sick and need to see a doctor later—you still can’t leave.

3. About 80% of the employees are newcomers, and one long-time employee is really difficult to get along with, making the atmosphere at work unpleasant.

4. They did not provide pay stubs on time (the boss’s wife was responsible for handling them). It was only after I applied for a labor inspection with the labor bureau following my resignation that they finally mailed me all the pay stubs from my period of employment at once.

Does this mean there are no pay stubs unless someone files a complaint?? Anyway, as long as they provide them to the employee after being reported, the labor insurance bureau will not impose a fine.
