My colleagues are very nice.
1. High salary, low reported salary
2. The company provides Skype, and Skype conversation records are monitored
3. You must accept work assignments; if you do not, there is no possibility of a salary increase
4. If you are not favored, they will pressure you into resigning voluntarily (by increasing your workload) to save severance costs
5. Stubborn and self-opinionated; they do not listen to others’ opinions. They often expect employees to solve problems, but instead frequently create problems for employees
6. Very high employee turnover; they often seem to think, “We’re paying to hire you.”
