Pros
Had a pretty enjoyable conversation with the technical manager.
Cons
1. As soon as the boss came in, they first said that I had to agree to continue working at the company for two years; if I did not agree, I could leave immediately.
2. When I asked about the salary, they responded that we could discuss the salary after I confirmed that I was willing to continue working for two years.
In other words, they wanted me to agree to work at the company for two years before discussing the salary; otherwise, nothing else was open for discussion.
