Easy to get along with colleagues
*A scheming supervisor whose friendliness at first is merely superficial; over time, their true colors become unmistakable.
*They often talk about mutual respect, but the person who shows the least respect is the supervisor, who says: “Don’t be afraid of humiliation.”
*They take employees’ contributions for granted and exploit both employees and vendors.
*Performance reviews are merely for show.
*Overtime is compensated with time off in lieu, but that time off may also be deducted.
*Regardless of the position, turnover is high.
If you have a strong enough heart, can withstand humiliation, and have plenty of money so you’re not afraid of being fined, welcome to the challenge!
