Cultivating your character
What upper management excels at most is humiliating others, while the company itself constantly violates rules. It even stipulates that anyone who fails to dispose of garbage or turn off the power (lights, air conditioning, and computers) will be fined NT$500 per incident, which is donated to disadvantaged groups in the company's name.
At work, upper management refuses to shoulder responsibility and always pushes it onto employees, expecting them to take the blame. If you have NT$100,000 to squander freely, you're welcome to take on the challenge; perhaps you can cultivate your character. If not, please think twice.
