Pros
Phone interviews save time and effort; there’s no need to go to the office in person and waste time.
Cons
During the interview, the other person did the talking 99% of the time. What I don’t understand is that I applied for a position in the finance department, but the other person said that there is currently no finance department in Taiwan?? It’s somewhat similar to that article on PTT.
