At the year-end banquet, you can eat pizza and bring small pets to receive a year-end banquet bonus of NT$600 (not available if you have allergies or do not have a pet). The year-end bonus is thoughtfully paid in two installments. Expenses are properly controlled, but there may not necessarily be a year-end bonus—it depends on the boss’s mood.
The boss is unable to communicate with normal people: a dragon on Line, but a worm in real life. He can’t do anything, yet expects employees to be able to do everything. Whenever you request any type of leave, your annual leave is deducted first, including menstrual leave. No overtime pay is standard; even when you are taken advantage of, you still get scolded. If the boss takes a dislike to you, you are transferred immediately without even an announcement. Female employees are also asked to go in for massages. Close associates receive all kinds of privileges and bonuses. Policies change from morning to evening, with no system in place. Employees generally do not believe in the company or trust the boss. The turnover rate is frighteningly high, yet the boss never faces his own problems—an absolute dinosaur.
