I heard there are free company trips for employees (you have to stay for three years for them to be completely free).
Position interviewed for: Sales Specialist
Downside: If you do not have experience in the bicycle industry, regardless of how many years of work experience you have, you will be treated as a new hire.
The first-year salary is only NT$26,000 (including a NT$1,000 perfect-attendance bonus and NT$1,000 meal allowance).
An additional NT$3,000 is added in the second year.
An additional NT$2,000 is added in the third year.
Only after completing the three years can you negotiate your salary based on your performance.
(P.S. It is a responsibility-based position.)
The supervisor will repeatedly emphasize that the company’s first three years are for training you and ask you to wait patiently.
The company will see your efforts.
At this level of pay, they can only afford to hire fresh graduates without any work experience or people who live locally.
