The work feels quite relaxed.
There are only 4 days off per month. People on the morning shift have to switch to the morning shift when taking leave. You cannot schedule your own leave, and taking holidays off is prohibited on the grounds that it would be unfair to other colleagues. However, everyone takes turns having holidays off, so at least each person could have one day off per month. Clearly, it is simply the company that does not allow time off............ You are absolutely not allowed to touch your phone while working, and they specifically emphasize that there are surveillance cameras everywhere. If there is an emergency, people can only call the company to find you. The starting salary is approximately 24,000.
