As soon as you enter the office, there is a strong smell of cigarettes. Employees smoke in the office, and the employees seem to be mostly younger people. The interviewer was not the boss, and I’m not sure what their position was. It was very obvious that they had not done their homework beforehand. During the interview, they looked at my résumé for a very, very long time before starting to speak. They mainly introduced the responsibilities of the job and told me to ask if I had any questions. The woman who led me to the interview did not take me to the exact location either; she only led me to the hallway, pointed in a direction, said “Please go inside,” and left. Personally, I felt that this company was neither very polite nor very respectful toward interviewees.
