Working in an office with decent decor and a fairly good night view—but surely no one wants to stay late at the office just to look at the night view, right?

The chairman and general manager likes to ask employees to drive him around, for both business and personal matters (not necessarily in a company car; quite often it’s the employee’s own car).

He likes to put on a show and make a big display, sleeps at the company during the day, and sends LINE messages nonstop at night, treating the company like his own home.

Note: The largest shareholder doesn’t seem to be the chairman.

Meetings often involve rambling about pointless topics and the conglomerate of his dreams, but nothing gets implemented afterward. This company is merely one corner of the group, which also has a management consulting firm. When he’s in a bad mood, he picks on minor issues and calls employees in to berate them.
