Occasionally having a snack

Starting work at 10–11 a.m. and leaving at 7 p.m. (but you have to dare to say so) — the stated working hours are 9:00–18:00

1. Salary payments are very easily delayed (or forgotten); payday is the 5th, but it may be delayed until after the 7th.... Explanation: Bank transfers cannot be made on Saturdays and Sundays — the boss also handles accounting.

2. Hardware products are crudely made and entirely outsourced. Only the backend and app are developed in-house. Many problems are left for customers to discover (very exciting).

3. They probably have limited funding. They often ask questions like how long it will take you to develop a particular feature.

4. The R&D team only looks after its own responsibilities — most companies are like this too, so no explanation needed.
