The most professional interview process I’ve encountered among department store operators (written test, three interviewers, interview venue setup, etc.), and the salary offered was also the highest among department store operators in Taichung.

I ultimately wasn’t hired, so I can’t comment on the drawbacks. Overall, the interview process was quite good.
