Pros
1. The company building is very beautiful
Cons
1. Three-shift rotation system; whether working the night shift or the morning shift, the pay is 27K, with no so-called night-shift allowance
2. There are many miscellaneous tasks. You have to work on typhoon days as well, with no allowance either
3. Days off have to be scheduled with coworkers. Newcomers cannot take leave on some popular holidays (because once a coworker has taken the day off, it is no longer possible for you to take it off)
4. This salary is probably the biggest drawback
