If I had to mention something, it would be that the job is stable and uneventful but low-paying, and there are domestic employee trips (the only benefit, perhaps?).

1. The salary is extremely low, with no opportunities for development.

2. The boss is extremely controlling. Talking at work is prohibited (it is a rule),

and you are not allowed to use the restroom too many times either (the boss will suspect that you are slacking off). The computers are completely disconnected from the internet. Very old-fashioned.

3. There are often situations that leave you speechless. For example, if you run into a coworker in the restroom,

you have to return separately (to avoid being accused of going together), or you get warned immediately for discussing lunch-box orders at work, and so on.

4. NT$2,000 is deducted for perfect attendance (a very hefty amount—I don't know whether this is still the case),

meaning that the base salary is already extremely low, and the perfect-attendance bonus is included in it as well. Absolutely ridiculous.

5. It's a family business. You know what that means.

6. In summary, if you can avoid going, don't go—unless you genuinely can't find another job,

or you prefer stability and can accept low pay.
