During the interview, they openly stated that there is no overtime pay—blatantly illegal. Two days before my start date, they sent me a contract to sign.

I pointed out that there were many unreasonable provisions in the contract and hoped it could be replaced.

The company said that changing a few words would take three months, so they might not be able to hire me.
