They are very proactive about asking you to fill out your résumé.

They wait until you have finished filling out your résumé for the job openings they posted

then tell you that they are currently full and you have to wait.

Now they ask whether you want to take a job that doesn’t require waiting.

Seriously, don’t go to this company. It’s terrible.
