The interviewing manager was very talkative and easy to communicate with. The interview lasted several hours. The manager sounded like someone with a technical background.
The company’s senior management promised during the interview to provide a decision within two weeks, but it took a month to send the job offer. When I replied requesting a detailed (formal) offer letter, they sent an email saying—taking the words at face value—that I seemed unwilling to join and therefore did not need to report for work. Their decisions were inconsistent and they did not keep their word. Be very cautious. You can infer what might happen if you joined this company. Those interested in interviewing should still avoid wasting their time on an interview.
