The administration is relatively friendly toward teachers.
You really need to think carefully before becoming an online teacher here.
The company will suddenly come up with strange rules.
They may also suddenly tell you that, in the future, taking leave could result in a discretionary deduction from your pay.
Do they not know that deducting wages under an hourly pay system is illegal~
Recently, they have also newly required teachers to set a three-month schedule that cannot be changed.
They really have no respect for the instructors here.
Also, IT keeps thinking there is something wrong with your computer.
They often say they want to adjust your computer, but then remote control cannot actually do anything.
They require teachers to check the next day's schedule after 10 p.m. every day.
How are you supposed to prepare for class when you do not find out until late the night before that you have a class the next day?
Moreover, they will not ask you first before assigning classes to you; they just put them on your schedule.
It feels like a very unfriendly place for foreign-language teachers.
