The HR team here is really awful. I interviewed for three positions, and all three HR representatives made me uncomfortable in some way.

First time: Taoyuan

HR proactively invited me by phone, but never sent an invitation before the interview.

I called to ask and found out that they had forgotten to send it.

On the day of the interview, I went to the management office beside the entrance to exchange my ID card, but the staff member told me I was not on the interview list...

I called HR to confirm, and it turned out HR had forgotten again.

She kept thanking me for reminding her (shouldn't she have apologized...?)

I first took a test. After I finished, HR called to inform me that the supervisor was in a meeting.

She asked me to come back in an hour and said I could walk around during that time.

After the call, I went to the restroom first. When I came back, the supervisor was already inside waiting for me (wasn't he in a meeting...?)

Second time: Xindian

I was invited for another interview. When I arrived, I discovered that the incompetent HR representative had given the supervisor the wrong résumé.

I received someone else's test results and educational background simply because we had the same name; they were quite different from mine.

During the interview, the supervisor had a very cold expression.

I explained that the résumé he had was not mine, but I still felt that he did not believe me.

Later, halfway through the interview, he left to attend a meeting, and I waited for nearly two hours.

Third time: Xindian

It was not until the second-round interview with the senior supervisor that I was told

there was currently no staffing need for this position.

I was then asked whether I was interested in other positions.

This was something HR could clearly have told me over the phone beforehand,

but instead they made me make the trip for nothing, as if they were helping HR meet a performance quota.

It feels like there are communication problems between the supervisor and HR.

Otherwise, HR was withholding information from interviewees

and simply wanted to bring people in for interviews.
