The boss did not show up for the interview, saying they had gone home to rest, and temporarily assigned someone else to take over. This was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee. They were looking for someone to design web interfaces, but the position was advertised as if they wanted someone to design mobile interfaces, so they clearly did not even know what kind of person they were looking for before sending someone to conduct the interview. Upon arriving, I was told that I was not the person they were looking for. I do not know why the boss asked me to interview. The person who was temporarily assigned also did not know what questions to ask. The boss is Chinese, and the target customers are also Chinese.
