Pros
Applying for the planning position was the clearest application process I’ve recently experienced, and it had the most comprehensive labor and health insurance and leave benefits. The manager who conducted the interview said they all use the 104 system.
Cons
It seems like the work is pretty demanding. Their office was very noisy during the interview.
