A new company established after being spun off from another company.
Employees have to pay the full cost of labor and health insurance themselves. There is no base salary for sales staff, and employees are also expected to pay a public fee for utilities; even the rent for using the company email account must be paid out of pocket.
When I raised the issue of the company’s share of the labor and health insurance costs while employed, the response was, “Other people are paying it themselves too, aren’t they?” So does that make something wrong become right?
It should have been changed after I left, but if they dared to do this before, there’s no guarantee they won’t do it again in the future.
