綠野國際建設事業股份有限公司
Pros

There is generally little need to work overtime outside of special activity periods.

Cons

The boss and the female supervisor are older. During the interview, the female supervisor said that one of the daily tasks was “ㄐㄧㄣ ㄖˋ ㄐㄧㄢ ˇㄅㄠˋ.” Since I wasn’t sure what she meant in spoken Chinese, I asked whether it was a PowerPoint presentation. The female supervisor then gave a long answer that I really couldn’t understand. Finally, I asked her again to confirm whether it was a presentation used for meetings, and she said yes. After I started working there, I found out that it was actually “today’s press clippings”—news clippings. During the interview, I asked how many people worked at the company, and they told me several dozen. After joining, however, I discovered that there were actually only a little over ten people.

They have many of their own rules and care a lot about numerous small details. Everything has to be confirmed with the female supervisor, but she often either doesn’t listen carefully to your questions or doesn’t understand them, and doesn’t answer the questions at all. Her tone is also always very unpleasant, making her difficult to communicate with.

The company doesn’t have many employees and holds regular group meals, but the atmosphere doesn’t feel particularly warm or harmonious. In general, people don’t interact much with one another at work.
