An incredibly awful interview experience. HR did not explain things clearly, and I waited for a long time on-site before finding out that it was a video interview. The Japanese boss was very disrespectful, aggressive, and arrogant. Before I had even said much, he said the interview was over.

The office was very small, with only a few employees. Perhaps because the boss was not there, everyone was chatting, giving the impression that it was a very unprofessional company.
