Workplace reviews and discussion: 永金科技有限公司

Unclear, probably none.

I received a phone call inviting me to an interview and was told that they had learned about my résumé through a job bank. However, during the phone conversation, I realized that the company had not carefully reviewed my résumé—they did not even know what software I use.

When I arrived at the company for the interview, no one there seemed to know that someone was scheduled for an interview. They did not look at my résumé on the job bank and then said they could not find my résumé. On the spot, they hastily handed me a piece of paper and asked me to write out my résumé.

The interviewer (judging by his manner, I assumed he was the owner's son) interviewed me while picking his nose. I did not even know what to say.

Also, this seems to be a family business, so... you know what I mean.
