I attended the management trainee recruitment information session held at National Taiwan University on 2018/4/10. During the session, the presenter stated that the management trainee position required recent graduates with absolutely no work experience.
However, I had been invited via LinkedIn, and my work experience was clearly stated. Before attending, I also emailed the contact person to ask about this and received a reply saying that 2–3 years of work experience would be acceptable. The recruitment information on 104 also stated that recent graduates and people with up to two years of work experience were welcome.
During the session, I told them that I had confirmed this beforehand and that I had previously been told that up to two years of experience was acceptable, but they responded on the spot that there might have been a misunderstanding earlier.
Seriously? What a waste of other people's time!
