Exploiting employees by relying on its (past) reputation; the pay is extremely poor and there is no overtime pay. The system is traditional, the thinking is rigid, and it is very old-fashioned and authoritarian.
People with ability, expertise, and ideals are not suited to working here; this place only needs people who can endure hardship and follow orders.
