The receptionist (or perhaps the owner?) was polite. The factory and company are together, so you can see the products and the manufacturing process. During the interview, they first took me to a round table in the showroom to fill out some forms, and then I waited for the manager to conduct the interview.
The company was somewhat dirty, cluttered, and noisy. There was also a very fierce, barking dog at the entrance, and the floor was covered with scattered parts and miscellaneous items. It seemed like a family-run company. I did not stay long, but my overall impression was that the company lacked much structure and that there might be a lot of miscellaneous tasks.
