The only real advantage is probably getting along well with colleagues and sharing both hardships and joys.
The areas that need improvement are endless!!
A bunch of extremely long-serving employees just wait to collect their pay without doing any work; they only work occasionally.
There are hardly any benefits for employees; they only think about constantly deducting money from your pay.
The promised bonuses and benefits are not much.
No matter how much experience you have, you won't get paid much here!
There are many strange rules. The boss really dislikes employees saying bad things.
But they never reflect on how bad they are themselves; they only keep covering it up.
The reputation of Elephant Nose has already been ruined～～～
