I thought for half an hour and couldn't think of any advantages.
The Zhang family dynasty: as long as you have the “special DNA,” you can act with impunity and enjoy every privilege. For example, the boss’s younger sister can chat extensively during work hours—even to the point of causing problems at work—and it doesn’t matter. But when ordinary “plebeians” chat, they are publicly humiliated. She can also call other departments during work hours to place a group-order, while a “plebeian” who hesitates for even one second when ordering lunch gets pressured. She cannot accept other people’s opinions; even discussing work with her can get you scolded, and when she gets angry, she slams the door and goes to complain to a supervisor. The company’s rules require annual leave to be requested three days in advance, but she doesn’t have to follow them and always has a long list of excuses. She talks badly about people behind their backs everywhere, pretends not to hear when everyone discusses work with her, yet can hear every word when someone quietly complains about the company. She is extremely good at choosing easy tasks and arranges all the terrible assignments for others. Working there can genuinely lead to mental breakdown.
HR is very unprofessional. Even when an accident occurs while commuting and it is clearly not the employee’s fault, they insist on shifting the blame to the employee; as long as it keeps the company from spending money, they will avoid paying. Their speech is crude enough already, but during meals they constantly look at the dishes in your lunchbox and comment on them, making the dining experience very unpleasant. One colleague had agreed during the interview to work overtime and had cooperated for more than a month. One time, they felt unwell and did not work overtime for two days, and HR immediately called to interrogate them: “How did you agree to this in the first place? Were you lying to me the whole time?”
Overall, this company is rotten from the inside out. Supervisors make all kinds of excuses for and cover up the Zhang family’s behavior. The kind of “talent” they want is someone who is deaf, mute, stupid, and incapable of having their own opinions. It would be better to apply only if you fit all of those criteria.
