It will make you grow overnight and see all the ugly sides of life!! More exciting than a prime-time TV drama, with more strange people and bizarre events—and you’ll see more rare and unusual things than ever before!!
The company’s big and small matters may appear to be decided by the deputy general manager, who is like the boss, but that is not the case! Everything is completely controlled by the accountant. She is also in charge of personnel and claims to be second to one and above everyone else. The deputy general manager follows her every word. The deputy general manager at this company has no ability to think independently and believes whatever the accountant says. Moreover, whenever the deputy general manager praises someone, she takes a dislike to that person and starts spreading rumors to ruin their reputation, doing everything she can to fabricate stories out of thin air. Everyone does not want to have a conflict with her, fearing that she will ruin their reputation!
The work processes are also a complete mess. At first glance, the company seems to place great importance on procedures, but the accountant sticks her dirty hands into every department. If someone at the section-chief level does not follow her opinions, they are harassed until they leave. The production-control section chiefs never manage to stay, so she blames the production-control team members, gets rid of them one by one, and then blames the new section chief... It is always someone else’s fault!
Many positions at this company require no accountability at all. As long as you have a good relationship with the accountant, it does not matter if you cannot do the job or have no idea what is going on! The company offers absolutely no benefits. The year-end banquet consists of only one box of grapes, purchased with money from recycling scrap paper. That deputy general manager is notoriously stingy and refuses to hold a year-end banquet, so the general affairs department has to use the money from selling scrap paper to buy grapes for everyone. The year-end bonus is always one month’s salary; whether any additional bonus is given, and how much, depends entirely on whether he and the accountant feel like it. If you do not want to waste your time and your life, do not apply here under any circumstances!
