No need to work overtime
The salary is higher than 22k (a masochist)
Cons
Policies keep changing chaotically
The leave policy keeps getting worse
The laziest employees get paid the most
A certain very senior supervisor
blames employees for their mistakes whenever something goes wrong
There are no holiday bonuses, and there is no year-end bonus either
