品咖媒體科技股份有限公司
Pros

1. Great colleagues who are easy to get along with

2. Other than the point above, I really can't think of anything else

Cons

- The manager is extremely subjective and self-centered. Although the company is said to be Korean-owned, they unilaterally cut off all communication channels between everyone at the Taiwan company and the Korean parent company. They insist on having things their own way and act like a dictator, leaving little room for discussion—they do whatever they want.

- No matter how hard you work at this company, even if you work yourself to the bone, the manager simply doesn't recognize it. They may even say that the results you achieved were produced by someone else. You'll just feel emotionally exhausted and may even start questioning why you're sacrificing yourself for this company.

- There is absolutely no training; you have to figure everything out on your own.

- There is no clear division of responsibilities. When you join, no one clearly tells you what your duties are, so you can only anxiously look for things to do on your own.

- When performance is good, the manager says it's because they did a good job; when performance is poor, they blame employees for not working hard enough.

- The manager attacks competitors all day long, claiming that they are violating laws in various ways, while actually engaging in the same illegal practices themselves.

- When the manager encounters a problem, they only avoid it and do absolutely nothing to help you solve it. They just frantically send stickers and exclamation marks to brush it off. At this company, you can only find ways to solve problems yourself—the manager is completely unreliable.

- The manager really loves creating the illusion that they are a good person, but behind the scenes, they have also been sowing discord among colleagues for quite some time.

This company feels like one big act, and by now nothing strange surprises me anymore. If you want to develop your patience—or if you want to come here to watch the spectacle—you can come to this company for some monster-fighting and skill-grinding practice.
