1. A hierarchical system with clearly defined positions
2. Basic wages are provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act
1. Don't easily believe claims that the company won't treat you unfairly. All matters, big or small, must be reported up through each level and submitted to the chairperson for approval before they are considered passed.
2. The supervisor is highly emotional; after venting by loudly berating people, they abruptly hang up the phone.
3. I suggest first going there as a customer a few times to get a feel for the workplace atmosphere.... If everyone from upper management to lower-level staff gets along harmoniously and pleasantly, they won't bring their temper into the workplace and affect colleagues and customers. I don't know whether things have improved, so please judge for yourself—it would be fairer.
